This is the manufacturing process of magnets. Firstly, a sand mold with the shape of a magnet will be made to cast the magnet. Put bone nickel iron and rare earth metals into a furnace, heat and melt them into liquid metal, and then pour the metal solution into a sand mold. This is also known as the casting process, where tools are used to pry open the sand mold, allowing air to enter and quickly cool the material, separating the metal from the desert. The cast metal is still ordinary iron blocks. Without much magnetic force, tie the metal parts onto the copper tube and place them in a larger tube. The copper tube is placed in the middle, tightly packed with fine sand around it, and sealed with concrete to expose the copper tube at both ends. After heating in the furnace, take out the copper tube and fix it with clamps at both ends. Apply low voltage and high charge current, and then take out the metal parts. This is not suitable for slight magnetization of metal parts. The correct direction of the magnetic field is established, and then the strong magnetic field is generated by the high voltage and high current generated by the punching machine.
