Why do magnets have north and south poles?

1. Working temperature
Strong magnets are very sensitive to operating temperature, especially for sintered neodymium iron boron magnets. The instantaneous and continuous temperature of the environment may cause certain demagnetization, including recoverable and irreversible, reversible and irreversible. According to the working temperature range of 80-200 degrees Celsius, neodymium iron boron sintered magnets are divided into several grade series (N, M, H, SH, UH, AH, etc.). For high operating temperature levels, this cost will be expensive. Therefore, you need to consider your working temperature and choose the appropriate level. Within the allowable range of working temperature, the loss of magnetic force can be ignored. However, during prolonged operation at extreme operating temperatures, the magnetic force will rapidly decrease.
2. Material formula
The material formula fundamentally limits magnetic properties. Sintered neodymium iron boron magnets are strong, while aluminum nickel cobalt alloys are weak. Based on the formula, there are also differences in the same material. For magnets of the same size, the magnetic force of N45 grade is higher than that of N35 grade.
